Vast growth plans pivot around this role, a high-impact senior management dynamo who'll motivate and grow a creative and operations team that's already exceeding customer expectations! This role is responsible for management of the Operations Team (currently a dozen top performers) that handles top-tier corporate clients ranging from $500K to $15M a year. The team performs all customer interaction, product sourcing, account management, order entry and more. In a fast-paced, high-energy agency whose growth statistics challenge the imagination, this manager will shape, structure and staff the team to deliver exceptional performance at the lowest costs to drive the profitability of the already-exploding business. The Manager will provide direction and support to the team relating to specific client reequests and opportunities in identifying and negotiating solutions with suppliers. This pro will work closely with the Supply Chain, Accounting and IT Departments to ensure that all processes are designed and executed optimally. |

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years' Managerial Experience including experience in a fast-paced, high-energy, rapidly growing environment. Must be a motivational manager with energy who's had success building and growing a high-functioning team. This pro will be detail-oriented, goal-oriented, persistent and always positive. He/She will be a skilled negotiator, adept problem solver, who always takes the initiative and works well in a team environment. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, fearless in stressful situations and deadline pressures. Solid business sense and decisive (and incisive) decision-making abilities. Also: sound Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required depending on breadth of experience. |
