COMPANY/POSITION:

Restaurant.com is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its growing Incentive & Loyalty Solutions division.  This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Incentive and Loyalty Solutions (ILS) and is responsible for securing new business through professional solution selling (both cold calls and lead follow-up). You will be expected to build new business by contacting and building relationships over the phone and/or in-person with corporate marketing professionals and senior managers. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence and innovation and be able to sell to medium and large sized businesses.

KEY REQUIREMENT:
At least 10 years’ B2B incentive/loyalty sales experience and a Bachelors Degree (Business or Sales preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Win new business through professional solution selling (cold calls and lead follow-up), building new business by contacting and building relationships over the phone and/or in-person with existing business “partners", as well as cold calling marketing professionals and senior managers in corporate America. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence and innovation and be able to sell to medium and large sized businesses. Additionally, the winning candidate will be expected to analyze and understand customer needs in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ability to close sales over the phone is essential.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate must have excellent management and communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, great work ethic, and the ability to succeed within a team environment as well as work independently, while making top earnings.  Must have a Bachelors Degree (Business/Sales preferred) and at least 10 years' B2B amd incentive/loyalty sales experience required.

·  Experience selling promotional, incentive and loyalty products to medium and large sized businesses required.

·  Dedicated driven individual with a strong work ethic.

·  Build new business relationships through cold calling, lead follow-up and existing business relationships.

·  Effectively use company tools (CRM, Pricing Tools, etc).

·  Excellent problem solving skills.

·  Experience in sales forecasting.

·  Patience and excitement to tackle new concepts.

·  Outstanding telephone and cold calling skills.

·  Aptitude to negotiate and close business via the phone.

·  Highly motivated to succeed.

·  Exceed new business and existing account sales targets.

·  Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and presentation.

·  Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key decision makers.
Analyze client needs and pain points

·  Collaborate with operations/production and marketing departments of the Incentive & Loyalty Solutions division to execute our business model.

·  Manage the complete sales cycle from researching and prospecting through negotiation and closing.

·  Participate in comprehensive, ongoing training programs.

·  PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·  Experience using web conferencing programs (MS-Live Meeting, Adobe Connect Pro) preferred.

·  Ability to manage assigned duties independently and within a team.

·  Attaining and identifying new customers through following-up on leads, referrals and cold calling.

·  Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.

COMPENSATION:

Salary Based on Experience plus Bonus.  This should be a six-figure job for a solid producer.
