Marketing Innovators has an opening for an experienced, forward-thinking pro to join our team: the pivotal role of Program Manager will manage and implement new client programs and serve as client liaison for all existing programs. Our new Manager will lead client-implementation meetings, provide strategic and logistical guidance, document all program plans and deliverables, create test plans and perform quality controls and testing.  He/She will ensure that all projects are on time, on budget and meet all client expectations.

KEY REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ B2B customer service or project coordinator/management experience in the incentive, marketing or business services industries. Please see other key requirements below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will collaborate with Solutions Consultant, Sales Staff and Operations personnel to create SOW’s for new clients and programs; • Will serve as the key contact between clients and internal departments throughout the life of the program, communicating feedback and requests to appropriate internal teams as expeditiously as possible; • Will be responsible for development, maintenance and management of program plans and timelines using project planning tools (Excel, Project and Outlook); • Will manage client expectations and ensure accurate delivery of contracted products and services with agreed-upon timelines and pricing; • Will provide regular updates to sales management on the status of programs and any potential obstacles that might affect deadlines or budgets; • Will be in charge of all accurate and timely invoicing of all program elements; • Will be responsible for all monthly and quarterly reporting, account profitability and financial statement and pricing models.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (with PMP Certification is desired); Associates Degree with relevant work experience and ability to obtain CMP certification within 12 months required; 

  3 to 5 years’ B2B customer service or project coordinator/management experience in the incentive, marketing or business services industries; 

  Proven ability to articulate client requests to internal Operations personnel plus the ability to contribute to solution development while managing client expectations; 

  Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas and present data clearly and effectively; 

  Ability to  handle multiple priorities and leverage internal and external resources to support programs; 

  Strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment; 

  Knowledge of software and database systems, especially those dealing with order fulfillment, inventory management and customer relationship management; 

  Proficient with MS Office software as well as experience with project management tools;

  Ability to work extended hours and travel off site (5%) as needed.
