JOB TITLE: REGIONAL SALES, Leading Loyalty/Stored Value Card Co., to $110K (Base & Guarantee) + Commissions |

COMPANY/POSITION: Leading stored value card provider and incentive industry leader is seeking a proven Account Executive-Sales to grow and support their Consumer Promotions and Agency Sales efforts in Atlanta and the Southeast. Position is responsible for developing accounts in an assigned portfolio for the purpose of selling all company products for Consumer Promotions applications. This Account Exec. will apply a strategic and consultative selling approach within named accounts. Named accounts, national in scope, comprise Fortune 500 direct clients and agencies. |

KEY REQUIREMENT: Minimum 5 years' incentive sales experience (programs and concepts) including some stored value card sales experience. |

RESPONSIBILITIES: Will manage relationships and develop accounts for an assigned portfolio. Also will: -- Assess and implement plans to uncover potential new selling opportunities within the authorized distributor and agency sectors, and develop incremental business so that sales and profitability grow proportionately. (30% of job.) -- Manage complex sales environments using excellent business development, presentation and closing skills in direct and indirect environments. (30% of job.) -- Develop and deliver solutions-focused recommendations via client-specific value propositions that meet objectives of clients and prospects. (20% of job.) -- Involve internal resources to support acquisition of new business within the Consumer Promotions realm. (10% of job.) -- Use internal sales management tools to report sales/client activity. (10% of job.) |

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-- 3+ years' proven sales experience with promotional/advertising agencies and direct sales experience, -- Experience selling consumer promotions and developing multi-level relationships within accounts preferred; ability to develop solutions-based processes, -- Knowledge of consumer promotions, incentive industry, business operations, and current business trends desired, -- Proven track record developing relationships with external and internal resources, -- Ability to travel 40% to 50% of time, extensive overnights, -- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience considered, -- Proficient in MS Office Suite, -- Excellent interpersonal skills, -- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, -- Knowledge of P/L impact on business. |

COMPENSATION: Base/Guarantee combo up to $115K plus commissions. |
